Refund policy

Please understand that because of the nature of our products and services, returns are not automatically accepted. Items sent back to us without prior acknowledgement and approval will not be refunded.

 

Damages and issues

Please open and inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

All tubers have been triple checked to be the listed variety, viable, and have at least one eye prior to sending. Most also have sprouts, but occasionally a variety is slow to wake up. Please rest assured that all tubers sent out will grow.

If the item was damaged during shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at beautyforashesffb@gmail.com. Include pictures as well as your concerns, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

All tubers are guaranteed to be the listed variety. If a variety blooms as the incorrect variety, please email us with pictures by August 15th of the sale year.
